In the reliabilt® process, used products and assemblies are fully disassembled, cleaned and inspected, then reassembled with all genuine, new Detroit Diesel 2-Cycle wear parts. Replacement parts (genuine remanfactured or original parts) are issued for components that are worn, damaged or have outdated design.

Detroit Diesel 2-Cycle reliabilt® engines are covered by a one-year/100,000 mile/unlimited hours warranty serviced at any authorized MTU location around the world.
